Only a few more days until Super Bowl LV and NOW, right NOW is time to start thinking about the food. Just because we may have smaller groups this year, doesn’t mean we can’t still enjoy some delicious BBQ while enjoying the game. @HellBentBBQ came up with this epic platter of recipes for the big day. Wings, burgers, ribs, brownies! YES! Oh, and for balance, you should add some veggies in there – think celery, carrot sticks, cucumbers, your favorite dip.
So let’s take a look at what we have lined up for you!
First Up, Bacon Wrapped Chicken Lollipops
Check out this take on chicken wings. Wrapped in bacon, sprinkled with Meat Church Holy Gospel, cooked in duck fat on a smoker, sauced with House of Q Apple Butter, and then finished in a cast iron pan. What else is there to say really?
